Our food philosophy embraces everything pie; our range is Sweet, Savory and Sublime (unique creations we dream up!) Everything is made from scratch with the best ingredients possible, be it pie crust, creamy custard or fresh fruit filling. (And we are best friends with butter and cream!) We are all about fresh and seasonal. No cans, no pre-fab, no preservatives. Our oh-so-clever kitchen team does everything right, from butchering proteins to crafting the perfect barbecue sauce and salad dressing.

We sell out each year prior to the holiday, so please don't delay booking and then be disappointed when we have reached our order capacity. We are an artisanal food producer and make everything with great care so there is a finite amount we can create. Thanks for understanding. Pick up of holiday menu items begins in December. Some Christmas sweet pies will be available in November for early holiday parties.

We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays each week so responses to orders/messages may be delayed if submitted on those days.
We do not accept orders via social media posts or social media messages, thank you.
This year, you may now order a complete meal package (for optimum ease!) or pick and choose the specific items you desire in 'a la carte' fashion.
Before you order ...
Be sure to clearly identify the specific items you desire, the size of items you want and the quantity of each item that you require.
Determine the date and approximate time of day you wish to pick up. Please note, a pick up time is necessary and we ask you to keep to your appointed time for efficiency, to avoid big lines ups and to allow for social distancing. Please take note of your assigned time and try not to change it.
If you have any questions or are uncertain what you need, please do not hesitate to call to discuss your food requirements. We can usually sort things out in a quick call versus a long string of emails.
If emailing your order, please do not send credit card info. Provide a phone number and a staff person will call you back for payment and to confirm that your order has been received and is in the system.
During holiday seasons when order volume is high, please be diligent in following up that your order has been received, paid for, and confirmed, in order to guarantee that it will be made and ready. Thank you!

Deluxe Dining for Two $59
Start your delicious dinner for two with choice of Soup (Butternut Squash or Traditional French Pea Soup) or Seasonal Salad.
Your entree is two 6" size of our famous Turkey Dinner Pies (turkey, vegetables, gravy and mashed potatoes nestled in a single-serve, stuffing pie crust) accompanied by ounce container side-servings of house-made cranberry relish and additional gravy, OR,
two 6" size of our Holiday Roast Beast Pies (double-crust pastry full of tender roast beef, potatoes, thick mushrooms, onions and a melange of other veg, all in a red wine hunter's sauce, served with side of horseradish aioli.
Finish off this perfectly scaled down dinner by sharing a 6" sweet pie, your choice of -- traditional apple, cranberry-apple or pecan.
Holiday Feast for Four $129
Four appetizers of either Soup (Butternut Squash or Traditional French Pea Soup) or Seasonal Salad start off this sumptuous dinner. (All four servings must be the same selection/flavor please)

Turkey Dinner Pie (suitable for four hungry adults with a bit left over, or 6 more controlled portions) accompanied by an 6 oz cup each of turkey gravy and house-made cranberry relish, OR,
Holiday Roast Beast Pie (double-crust pastry full of tender roast beef, potatoes, thick mushrooms, onions and a melange of other veg, all in a red wine hunter's sauce, served with side of horse radish aioli, OR,
French Canadian style Tourtiere, accompanied by a side of gravy.
Enjoy your choice of side dish ...mixed root vegetables, brussel sprouts with bacon or glazed carrots on the side, along with 4 freshly baked buttermilk biscuits.

Family Size Turkey Dinner Pie with Cranberry Relish (feeds 6 people; $59): Roast turkey and vegetables in gravy, resting in a rosemary-sage stuffing pie crust, topped with mashed potatoes. Comes with 6 oz. side of cranberry relish in separate container.
Tourtière ($49): Minced beef and pork and traditional French Canadian seasonings, along with bits of finely chopped vegetables, enrobed in gravy and then cradled is layers of tender, flaky pastry form this traditional Christmas entree.
Holiday Roast Beast Pie ($59) Double-crust pastry full of tender roast beef, potatoes, thick mushrooms, onions and a melange of other veg, all in a red wine hunter's sauce, served with side of horse radish aioli.

Brussel Sprouts with Bacon ($11.95 per 12 ounce container)
Holiday Salad ($8.95 per 12 ounce container): features a crunchy mix of hearty greens along with a bit of roasted vegetables, apple and dried cranberries, with candied pecans, in a maple-balsamic dressing.
Coleslaw ($5.95 per 8 ounce container): features a rainbow of cabbage and veggies, tossed with our signature tangy, creamy dressing.

An assortment of small baked goods and delightful Christmas candy is also available for sale, via grab’n’go in store, until sold out. We suggest you advance order anything you know you want with certainty for your holiday gathering.
Special Sweet Pies for Christmas
Pecan Pie: ($31) Plentiful pecans soaked in a buttery sauce that is baked in a flaky pie crust until set and golden.
Cranberry-Apple Pie: ($33) Bright and festive, this cheery, red-colored, tart and sweet, cranberry-and-apple filled pie is in traditional pastry.
Gingerbread Cheesecake Pie: ($33) Inside a gingerbread cookie crumb crust is spicy gingerbread-flavoured cheesecake, topped with gingerbread cookies and dollops of whipped cream.
White Chocolate & Mint Candy Cane Pie: ($33) Chocolate cookie crumb crust filled with rich, peppermint-and-white chocolate pastry cream, topped with clouds of whipped cream.
Cranberry Curd Pie: ($33) Boasting billowy mounds of snowy meringue, this pie starts with a flaky pastry piecrust, is topped with a layer of sweet, pink cranberry curd, and is garnished with frost-kissed, sugared cranberries. It is more sweet than tart, so if you wish to embrace the more tangy nature of cranberry, please instead order the cranberry-apple pie.
Eggnog Pie ($33) Rum-and-spice-flavoured pastry cream rests in a crisp pastry base, topped with whipped cream and festive garnish.
Hot Chocolate PIe ($33) Deeply-flavoured hot chocolate custard fills a crisp tart shell and is topped with piles of our toasted marshmallow meringue.
All of our sweet pies come in our custom, 10" pie pans. When serving them, we cut pies into 6 generous slices, but we believe that when serving them at home or work you can easily feed 8 to 10 people with one pie if you wish for more modest servings to follow a large dinner.
